1. Introduction
Welcome to Easle! These terms of service ("terms") govern your access to and use of the Easle platform ("service"), provided by Easle ("company", "we", "us", or "our"). By using Easle, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.
2. Eligibility & accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old to use Easle.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
3. Use of the service
You agree to use Easle only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws, the rights of others, and professional standards. We may remove content that violates these terms.
4. User content & intellectual property
- You retain ownership of all content you upload to Easle.
- You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display your content to operate the service.
- You confirm you have rights to your content and that it does not infringe on third-party rights.
5. Payments & subscription plans
- Easle offers free and paid subscription plans.
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as specified at checkout.
- Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the next billing cycle.
- Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
6. Limitation of liability
Easle is provided "as is" and "as available". We are not responsible for data loss, service interruptions, or third-party actions. Our liability is limited to the amount paid in the past 12 months, if applicable.
7. Termination & account suspension
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities, or cause harm to Easle or others.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If significant changes occur, we will notify you via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use of Easle after updates implies acceptance of the revised terms.
9. Governing law & dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea. Disputes will be resolved via binding arbitration in Korea, unless prohibited by law.
